• If the customer cancels the bus booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. (E.g. If a cardholder has paid Rs.1000/- (Price after discount) against original booking price of Rs 1100/-. And then, if the cardholder cancels the booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.1000/- and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder's account.
